Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to AUSTRALIA. 


How will my order be shipped?  
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days of order placement.  A tracking number will be sent to you to track your parcel. 


When will my order arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days of order placement.  For more information regarding shipping times, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Section. 


Can I get a refund if I return my order?
Yes.  We will refund your order on FULL PRICED ITEMS if you are not happy with it.  Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.  We do not offer RETURNS or REFUNDS on sale items.


Can I return jewellery? 
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on jewellery.


Do I pay for postage if I return my order?
Yes. You are responsible for the cost and transit of your return until it reaches our studio. Please be sure to take note of your return tracking number. 


The colour of the clothing / jewellery / bag I ordered is different to the colour on the website?
Please note that while all care is taken to accurately display and describe the colour of our pieces, colours may vary slightly from those that are displayed on your monitor.

Additionally, as our leather pieces are made from different hides, no two bags will be the same.  Please take this into consideration when ordering. 


What is a PRE-ORDER?
A PRE-ORDER is an item that has not yet arrived into our studio. Any item that is for PRE-ORDER will be clearly marked on the product description page.  We will provide an estimated date of dispatch, however please keep in mind that it may arrive earlier or later than estimated. We will notify you if this differs greatly from the estimated date.


If you order any other items with your PRE-ORDER item, they will be shipped with the PRE-ORDER.  If you are wanting the item before than we suggest placing seperate orders.
