Sizing Suggestion: This jacket runs true to size. Amber is 170cm and wears a size 8.
Please Note: Due to the denim dye processing, colour may vary slightly on each denim jacket.
For orders over the value of $200AUD, your order will be shipped with free, with complimentary EXPRESS POST shipping via Australia Post.
For orders $200AUD and under, a flat rate of $12AUD will be charged and your order will be shipped EXPRESS POST via Australia Post.
All orders are generally processed within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Estimated delivery times are 2 – 5 business days from the date of your order. Once your order leaves our studios, you will receive a shipping notification from us via email. Please understand that once out of our studio, we are at the hands of Australia Post and can not guarantee shipping times.
Authority to Leave
If you are unable to sign for your delivery and would like it left on your premises without a signature, please check the box at check out. Otherwise your order may be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection at a later date.
Please note that due to the heavy volume of orders we receive during sales and/or promotional events, delivery times may be longer then the estimated 2 – 5 business days..
Please note all shipping times are subject to local (ie. Regional Areas) delivery schedules.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned to your order so you can track the expected delivery time.
We love our collection and we hope you love it too. However, if you are not happy with your size or style we are more than happy to exchange the piece for you (subject to availability). Alternatively, we are happy to offer a credit note for you. Credit Notes are valid for six months from the date the item is returned. We do not offer refunds.
If you would like to exchange a size or style, please notify us by email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you with sizes and styles.
If you would like to return an item for exchange or credit, please notify us by email your order number and which item/s you would like to return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a returns form along with a RN.
Items for exchange or credit must be returned to Shabby Sisters in the original packaging and condition with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Item/s received outside of this time frame will not be accepted and returned to the customer.
The item/s MUST be in their original condition with no makeup stains, perfume odours and missing tags. If an item/s is returned to us with missing tags, stains, odours or outside the exchange period, we will return the item/s to the customer.
The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item/s to Shabby Sisters and the exchange being sent back out. It is advisable to return the package via a traceable postage service. Shabby Sisters will not be liable for any lost returns.
Shabby Sisters will not be liable for or refund the cost of postage on the original order UNLESS the item is faulty.
Due to health regulations, we are UNABLE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ANY EARRINGS. Earrings will only be refunded if they are faulty.
Once received back into the studio, your exchange/return will be processed within 2 - 3 business days.
Due to the popularity of our range, we are unable to hold items for exchanges. We will however do our best to accommodate your request as listed on your exchange form. Where the item that you have requested for an exchange is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
OUTLET / SALE ITEMS
Please note and consider before purchasing a sale item; our sale items are reduced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns (exchange or credits) on sale items or EOFY sale items due to a change of mind. A change of mine on sales items includes a change of mind in colour, size or fit.
A PRE ORDER is a customer's order of a style that is currently on back order with us and has not yet arrived at Shabby Sisters HQ.
PRE-ORDERS will have an estimated despatch date, which will be listed on the individual product descriptions. Please keep in mind that this may vary slightly, arriving either earlier or later than expected. In any case, we'll keep you updated!
PRE-ORDERS are paid in full at the time of order placement and shipped at a later date.
If you place a PRE ORDER and include an in-stock styles with that order, please keep in mind that they will not be sent until the PRE ORDER is ready to ship.
Please ensure you take care placing your PRE ORDER. All PRE ORDERS are final and will not be refunded if you change your mind.
