They are the perfect little pop of colour for any outfit when you don't want to detract from what you're wearing, but still need a little 'something' to finish the outfit off! We've all been there, sometimes this simplest things are the hardest to find, which is why you'll be reaching for these gorgeous little earrings time and time again!
Complimentary Shipping
For orders over the value of $300AUD, your order will be shipped with free, with complimentary EXPRESS POST shipping via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping
For orders $300AUD and under, a flat rate of $12AUD will be charged and your order will be shipped EXPRESS POST via Australia Post.
Processing Times
All orders are generally processed within 3 - 5 business days of the order being placed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 2 – 5 business days from the date that your order has been shipped. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping notification from us via email. Please understand that once out of our studio, we are at the hands of Australia Post and can not guarantee shipping times and do not accept responsibly for missing or lost parcels.
Authority to Leave
If you are unable to sign for your delivery and would like it left on your premises without a signature, please check the box at check out. Otherwise your order may be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection at a later date.
Sale/Promotional Events
Please note that due to the heavy volume of orders we receive during sales and/or promotional events, delivery times may be longer then the estimated 2 – 5 business days..
Delivery Agents
Please note all shipping times are subject to local (ie. Regional Areas) delivery schedules.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned to your order so you can track the expected delivery time.
Full Priced Items
While we want you to love every piece from Shabby Sisters, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit the way you expected. With this in mind, we are happy to offer you a full refund on your purchase. Please ensure you meet the following guidelines for your return to be valid.
- Refunds are accepted on garment/s being returned STRICTLY within 14 days of delivery. Items received outside of this return window will not be accepted.
- Garment/s must be in its original condition with all tags still ATTACHED. Tags must be attached for a refund to be processed. Refunds will not be processed if tags have been removed from the garments.
- Garment/s is unworn and unwashed.
- Garment/s is not damaged or marked by make-up, perfume, fake tan, deodorant or other products. We unfortunately will return garments which have been marked.
- Garment/s is not a SALE Item.
- The full amount paid, less the shipping will be refunded to you. You will be responsible to pay the shipping for the garment to be returned to us for a refund. We do not accept responsibility for the item until we have received it back into our studio.

Sale Items
Please note and consider before purchasing an item in Sale Category or a reduced item. Our items are dramatically reduced to clear so please choose carefully as we DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on sale items due to a change of mind. A change of mind on sales items includes a change of mind in colour, size or fit.
Strictly NO RETURNS or exchanges will be offered on items purchased in our Sale unless the piece is deemed to be faulty.
